MEET FOUNDER JANET B. ROSSBACH

Hello! I am glad to share a little about myself and look forward to getting to know you too.

I have served as a successful “intrapreneur” within the higher education and nonprofit sectors for nearly 30 years. As an Alumni Relations professional, I have cultivated global, professional, affinity-based and multi-cultural alumni networks on behalf of the School of Visual Arts, The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art, Columbia Business School, CUNY/Baruch College, Louis August Jonas Foundation / Camp Rising Sun, and SUNY New Paltz.

As a result of my multi-faceted alumni engagement efforts and leadership, The Princeton Review recognized and continues to list CUNY/Baruch College among its Top 20 Public College Alumni Networks, outranking UCLA, William & Mary, and Texas A&M. (I remain very proud of this accomplishment!)

I am also a seasoned nonprofit consultant, having advised numerous nonprofit organizations independently and on behalf of the Gerson Lehrman Group (GLG) on volunteer engagement, membership programs, human resources, and organizational change tactics and strategies.

I am a NACE-certified career coach and have mentored rising nonprofit professionals within the New York Community Trust Leadership Fellows program.

Finally, I completed my Master’s Degree in Nonprofit Management from The New School’s Milano School of International Affairs, Management and Urban Policy and my BA from Georgetown University.

Now, please tell me about you by completing this short Contact Us form, and I will contact you!
